Returns/Exchanges

Virtuous Adornments LLC does not accept returns at this time; however, we do accept exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email at info@virtuousadornments.com within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. 


Please be sure to read our size chart if you have any questions regarding the fit of our merchandise. If your item is not in stock we will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.  


Exchange items must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. To start the exchange process:

  1. Email us at info@virtuousadornments.com with your name and order number
  2. Return the item(s) that you wish to exchange to the address

Please note exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence.

           3. Once we receive your package, we will send out your exchange item(s)         or store credit. 


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and thus you will bear the cost of returning your items back to Virtuous Adornments LLC as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s).
  • It is recommended (but not mandatory)that you use a shipping provider that offers package tracking  as Virtuous Adornments LLC cannot take responsibility for any package that is lost during the transit process.
  • All goods will be inspected upon return before any store credit request will be honored. Virtuous Adornments LLC reserves the right to deny the return or exchange of any item(s) that appear to be used, worn, washed, stained, torn, and/or damaged. Apparel items must be free of makeup, fragrance, and deodorant. We will not accept returns/exhanges that are not in new unworn/unused condition.

The Following Items are Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Customized items 
  • Items that show evidence of wear (i.e stains, signs of washing, etc.)
